Job Description:

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders based on specified requirements and pricing.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors; verify legal and administrative documents.
  • Analyze and recommend vendor options based on price and quality.
  • Monitor deliveries to ensure timeliness and accuracy against PO and ETA.
  • Coordinate delivery and payment schedules with vendors.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments by verifying PO and invoice completeness.
  • Liaise with Finance for payment processing and documentation.
  • Maintain daily monitoring tracker and vendor database.

Requirement:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Management, or Mathematics
  • Experience: require a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management or procurement
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High integrity and ethical standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiar with ERP systems like Netsuit
  • Prior procurement experience; knowledge of the beauty clinic industry is a plus
