Curriculum Designer - Swimming (Sparks Sports Academy)
Job Description
- Design and develop a high-quality, engaging, and age-appropriate swimming curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children, from baby (6 months) to kids.
- Align the swimming curriculum with educational goals, developmental milestones, and the organization’s learning philosophy.
- Ensure the swimming curriculum is implemented consistently across all locations and followed as planned.
- Train coaches on the swimming curriculum and lesson plans to ensure effective delivery.
- Gather feedback from coaches and parents to assess the effectiveness of the swimming curriculum.
- Continuously improve the swimming curriculum based on data, feedback, and best practices.
- Work closely with the curriculum manager, coaches, and operational team to ensure alignment with overall goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Education, Physical Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certified swimming instructor with relevant professional certifications
- Proven experience in teaching swimming to babies and young children.
- Experience in designing and developing swimming curricula, particularly for early childhood programs, is a plus.
- Background, training, or experience in early childhood education is an advantage.
- Open to new experiences and interested in coaching and teacher development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to new educational trends and methodologies.
