We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing operational and sales data to support business decision-making, performance tracking, and strategy optimization for customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update operational and sales databases to ensure real-time accuracy and completeness.
Analyze trends in sales, customer behavior, and promotional activities to generate strategic insights.
Support forecasting activities by leveraging historical data and identifying market trends.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, response times, churn rates, and customer retention.
Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards to visualize center- and team-level performance.
Collaborate closely with sales, growth, and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements.
Evaluate individual and team performance against KPIs and suggest recognition or improvement actions.
Ensure data integrity across CRM systems, Google Spreadsheets, and various sales tracking platforms.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, business operations, or business intelligence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Google Spreadsheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Google Data Studio, Looker, or equivalent.
Ability to analyze operational and customer data to uncover actionable insights.
Skilled in tracking, interpreting, and improving performance metrics.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business strategies.
Self-starter who can work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
