Job Description
This role will identify, attract, and hire highly skilled specialist talent to meet the organization's needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the education industry, exceptional recruitment skills, great networking in the community, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with management team to define & align hiring needs for Sparks English position
- Actively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals
- Review and sort incoming resumes, ensuring they are properly logged into tracking systems.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring cycles
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely communication and updates
- Lead salary and benefit negotiations, ensuring alignment with company compensation policies
Qualifications
- Having minimum 1 years of experience in executive hiring, especially in executive hiring
- Having experience in recruitment consultancy and handling healthcare client is a plus
- Having experience in interviewing candidates with behavioral event interview method
- Strong in analytical thinking & negotiation skills
