As an HR/GA Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of General Affairs, Legal, and Human Resources. You will also lead the efforts to set up a new branch, ensuring its successful launch and operation. This role requires a proactive and independent professional who can work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Affairs:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient processes across the organization.
- Manage office facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
2. Legal:
-Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
-Manage contracts, agreements, licenses, and other legal needs.
-Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
3. Human Resources:
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
-Oversee performance management and employee relations.
4. Branch Setup:
-Lead the planning and execution of establishing a new branch, budgeting, and resource allocation.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and successful launch.
-Develop and implement operational procedures and standards for the new branch.
Requirements:
- Must be a Thailand citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business operations, with a focus on General Affairs, Legal, and HR.
- Strong project management skills and experience in setting up new operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to business operations.
