Job Summary
The sales trainer specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to help sales teams (Education Consultant & Student Advisor) improve their skills, performance, and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up training variables that cater to the overall core products for Education Consultant and Student Advisor
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify additional training needs.
- Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing sales team members
- Develop and administer assessments (e.g., quizzes, practical exams, role-plays) to measure training effectiveness.
- Gather feedback from participants through surveys and discussions to evaluate the success of the training
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, including at least 1 year in a sales training or coaching role, preferably from the Education industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, pipelines, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and online
- Proficient in using various training tools and technologies, such as LMS, CRM systems, and e-learning platforms.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in the basic function of Excel
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with trainees and motivate them to achieve their goals.
