Client Relationship Officer
Job Description:
- Maintain a great relation to each client (Mitra/Franchise Owner) with excellence service and communication.
- Achieve Resolution and Response time SLA regarding Client’s request.
- Develop report and attend client meetings.
- Analyze outlet performance and conduct last month performance comparisons.
- Giving all the feedback regarding all Client’s needs.
- Coordinate with all internal department related to find a solution in each of every problem.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with clients and maintain the company’s image.
- Excellent written communication skills to create reports and attend clients needs on group chat
- Good business analytic skills
- Details oriented and high problem solving skills.
- Understand simple financial reports
- To be flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within a team.
