Job Description:

  • Maintain a great relation to each client (Mitra/Franchise Owner) with excellence service and communication.
  • Achieve Resolution and Response time SLA regarding Client’s request.
  • Develop report and attend client meetings.
  • Analyze outlet performance and conduct last month performance comparisons.
  • Giving all the feedback regarding all Client’s needs.
  • Coordinate with all internal department related to find a solution in each of every problem.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in related field.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with clients and maintain the company’s image.
  • Excellent written communication skills to create reports and attend clients needs on group chat
  • Good business analytic skills
  • Details oriented and high problem solving skills.
  • Understand simple financial reports
  • To be flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within a team.
