Procurement Staff (SOZO Dental)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods.
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to secure the best deals.
- Evaluate and select reliable vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
- Forecast purchasing needs and create strategic procurement plans.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, including cost savings and vendor performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the education industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to forecast purchasing needs and manage budgets.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
