We're looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer who thrives on the challenge of finding and engaging high-caliber talent in competitive markets. In this role, you won’t just fill roles—you’ll build long-term, strategic pipelines that fuel the growth of our business. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisitions to deeply understand our hiring needs and creatively map out where the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sourcing strategy for assigned roles—especially niche, technical, or high-impact positions.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisitions to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and future talent needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines across functions and levels.
  • Leverage a variety of channels to identify top candidates.
  • Create structured outreach strategies and personalized messaging that drive engagement.
  • Maintain our ATS and Job Platform with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to optimize conversion rates and time-to-fill.
  • Stay up to date on talent market trends, tools, and best practices to continuously uplevel our sourcing approach.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success sourcing for a variety of roles—tech, non-tech, mid-senior to leadership levels.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing methodologies, Boolean logic, and market mapping.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and analytical—you love iterating on what works.
  • Passionate about building long-term talent pipelines, not just filling roles reactively.
