Qualifications

  • Experience minimum 1-2 years as Inventory Control Staff (Purchasing, Warehouse, Inventory).
  • Having experience in healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Pivot and Data Analysis.
  • Detail, Strong in Logical and Analytical thinking
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to travel to branch for stock opname process

Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment
  • Conduct regular stock checks and update records to prevent shortages
  • Coordinate with procurement team to oversee the shipment status from supplier
  • Work closely with supply chain and clinic team to understand inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment
  • Maintain accurate inventory reports and assist in budgeting for supply costs
