Qualifications
- Experience minimum 1-2 years as Inventory Control Staff (Purchasing, Warehouse, Inventory).
- Having experience in healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Pivot and Data Analysis.
- Detail, Strong in Logical and Analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel to branch for stock opname process
Job Description
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular stock checks and update records to prevent shortages
- Coordinate with procurement team to oversee the shipment status from supplier
- Work closely with supply chain and clinic team to understand inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain accurate inventory reports and assist in budgeting for supply costs
