Job Description

Sales and Project Associate will handle daily operational of Sozo Priority Concierge, maintain the key performance and monitoring of sales metrics for Sozo Priority Concierge

1. Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage sales-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Track project milestones, analyze risks, and implement corrective actions to meet goals

2. Sales Support & Analysis:

  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies based on data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and project KPIs.
  • Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Develop data models and visualizations to track project performance, sales efficiency, and business KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational and sales processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, sales support, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with leadership and drive sales to the subordinate..
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to streamline the project data into actionable business insights.
