Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sales bundling strategies to increase product adoption.

• Drive cross-pollination initiatives (cross-sell & upsell) across business units.

• Monitor and track performance against customer acquisition and retention targets.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.

• Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.

• Ensure sales processes and tools are effective to support customer growth.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in managing sales performance and customer growth targets.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
