- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SOZO Dental Clinic team.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
- Handle legal documentation related to employment contracts, termination, and other HR issues.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping, employee data management, and documentation.
- Manage the onboarding process for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with maximum 2 years of recruitment experience in similar industry.
- Highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
