Responsibilities:

  • Manage the telesales performance in handling chats from customers in multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.)
  • Able to motivate telesales in order to improve their performance
  • Able to create the SOP & process for telesales in handling customers

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years working experience in customer service
  • Min 1 year working as supervisor level in telesales
  • Able to operate google Sheets
