Responsibilities:
- Manage the telesales performance in handling chats from customers in multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.)
- Able to motivate telesales in order to improve their performance
- Able to create the SOP & process for telesales in handling customers
Requirements:
- Min 3 years working experience in customer service
- Min 1 year working as supervisor level in telesales
- Able to operate google Sheets
