As a Head of Operations at SEVEN Retail Group, you'll be responsible for managing the business operations of one of our brands. You'll leverage your expertise in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and fostering high-performing teams. Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: directing and leading the operation team of SOZO Clinics, providing guidance, setting clear goals, ensuring a collaborative and high-achieving culture for the team members
  • Strategic planning and thinking: Creating, developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's goals, sales goals and objectives
  • Financial Oversight: Monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial performance related to operations
  • Supply Chain : analyzing supply chain processes, overseeing logistics and clinics planning, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
  • Facility Maintenance & Security : Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance such as repairs, renovations, cleanliness, and upgrades, as well as security system to ensure the smooth functioning and safety of facilities.
  • Telemarketing Operations: oversee the whole telemarketing process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years in Head level, or >5 years in Operation field
  • Extensive knowledge in supply chain and logistics
  • Fluency in English
  • Have structured thinking
