Summary

As a VP of Strategy & Operations at SEVEN Retail Group, you'll be responsible for managing the business operations of one of our brands. You'll leverage your expertise in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and fostering high-performing teams. This results-oriented position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a company revolutionizing the retail landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: directing and leading the operation team of SOZO Clinics, providing guidance, setting clear goals, ensuring a collaborative and high-achieving culture for the team members
  • Strategic planning and thinking: Creating, developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's goals, sales goals and objectives
  • Financial Oversight: Monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial performance related to operations
  • Supply Chain : analyzing supply chain processes, overseeing logistics and clinics planning, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
  • Facility Maintenance & Security : Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance such as repairs, renovations, cleanliness, and upgrades, as well as security system to ensure the smooth functioning and safety of facilities.
  • Telemarketing Operations: oversee the whole telemarketing process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Min. 4 years in Head/AVP level, or >6 years in Operation field
  • Extensive knowledge in supply chain and logistics
  • Fluency in English
  • Have structured thinking
