QA/QC Specialist - SOZO Dental Clinic
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring that all clinic conditions, including cleanliness and facilities, meet operational standards and align with regulatory requirements. If you have experience in quality assurance or quality control in the high-class hospitality industry and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and facilities to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and report areas for improvement to maintain a high-quality environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with operations and facility teams to address and resolve any compliance issues.
- Develop and maintain checklists and documentation for QA/QC processes.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices in the healthcare or hospitality industries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a QA/QC role within the hospitality or healthcare industry, with a preference for high-class establishments.
- Strong understanding of cleanliness, safety, and facility standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
