Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit for niche roles and senior management positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
  • Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition team on hiring goals and strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting for niche roles and senior management positions.
  • Strong network and experience in headhunting and proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to build and manage a talent pipeline independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal TA teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires.
