- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
- Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition team on hiring goals and strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Proven experience in recruiting for niche roles and senior management positions.
- Strong network and experience in headhunting and proactive candidate sourcing.
- Ability to build and manage a talent pipeline independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal TA teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires.
