Learning and Development Staff
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and updating training programs for academic and sales marketing teams to support organizational goals.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating training sessions and materials.
- Help organize and facilitate regular training refreshers to maintain high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to assist in creating improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
- Conduct basic needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within teams.
- Provide administrative support for the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, materials preparation, and feedback collection.
- Monitor training effectiveness by assisting in gathering feedback and performance data.
- Collaborate with senior L&D staff and department heads to ensure alignment between training activities and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
- Exposure to training program design and facilitation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and support cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of training evaluation methods and L&D technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the L&D field.
