Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Data Collection: Gather and analyze data from various sources, including sales, operations, finance, and customer feedback.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions, including enrollment rates, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, such as senior management, operations, and marketing teams.
Process Improvement:
- Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Recommendations: Propose data-driven recommendations to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of new processes, technologies, or systems to improve business performance and monitor the outcomes.
Financial Analysis:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with business goals and financial performance.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of business processes, financial analysis, and operational performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with business case development and strategic planning processes.
