Job Description:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives.

2. Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement

Requirements:
- Have a degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in program management, strategy consulting and field operations
- Proficiency in managing daily operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring efficient resource allocations
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, evaluate program performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
