About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Trainer who can equip our sales teams with the right skills, knowledge, and confidence to achieve outstanding results. You’ll create engaging training programs, conduct coaching sessions, and help build a strong, customer-focused sales culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver sales training for onboarding, refreshment, and upskilling.

  • Conduct workshops, roleplays, and coaching to strengthen communication and sales skills.

  • Track training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals.

  • Update training materials and monitor sales data to identify learning needs.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.

  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a Sales Trainer (preferably in offline sales).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Skilled in Google Spreadsheet, Google Slides, and Canva.

  • Having experience in building a Learning Management System (LMS) or Knowledge Management System is a plus.

  • Empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about people development.
