About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Trainer who can equip our sales teams with the right skills, knowledge, and confidence to achieve outstanding results. You’ll create engaging training programs, conduct coaching sessions, and help build a strong, customer-focused sales culture.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver sales training for onboarding, refreshment, and upskilling.
Conduct workshops, roleplays, and coaching to strengthen communication and sales skills.
Track training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals.
Update training materials and monitor sales data to identify learning needs.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a Sales Trainer (preferably in offline sales).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Skilled in Google Spreadsheet, Google Slides, and Canva.
Having experience in building a Learning Management System (LMS) or Knowledge Management System is a plus.
Empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about people development.
