Role Summary:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be the marketing representative for Sparks (Math) in your assigned area, focusing on generating high-quality leads through strategic offline activities, community engagement, and partnership development. You’ll contribute significantly to building brand awareness, enhancing customer retention, and supporting long-term student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the marketing focal point for Sparks in the assigned area, working closely with the Center team and HQ Marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and manage offline lead generation activities such as:
    • Open Houses, community events, and seminars
    • School collaborations, brand partnerships, and referral programs
    • Mall booths, exhibitions, and pop-up activations
  • Coordinate event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and on-site experience to ensure a smooth and engaging execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with communities, schools, local partners, and parent networks to expand Sparks’ reach and referral base.
  • Collaborate with the Sparks team to drive referral programs, enhance retention, and create an integrated marketing calendar that aligns with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, lead performance, and campaign results to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Share insights and ideas to support broader strategic marketing initiatives that drive sustainable student growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail marketing, partnership, or community engagement. Experience in the education or lifestyle sector is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and external stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who is creative, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, field-oriented role.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on weekends and attend events as needed.
