Summary
As a Growth Manager at SEVEN Retail Group, you will play a pivotal role in defining the growth strategy and spearheading the implementation of business initiatives to grow the business. You will excel in this role if you are a great team player, an excellent problem solver, and a strong executor since you will be working with different teams in the company and managing multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of prioritized OKR metrics that lead to revenue and profitability, and define the right solutions to achieve incremental results.
- Discover business problems and growth opportunities in the business and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within our data warehouse and actual customer insights.
- Operate single or a combination of multiple initiatives (e.g. content/communication, vouchers/promotion, value prop changes).
- Validate solutions and other related hypotheses through robust data-driven experimentation.
- Present experiment and campaign insights to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters from any major.
- >5 year(s) experience in product or growth positions with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment (preferably from tech company).
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple recommendations.
