Talent Acquisition Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit for intern & entry level positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
- Collaborate with Senior Talent Acquisition team on hiring goals and strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting for intern & entry level positions.
- Experience in headhunting and proactive candidate sourcing.
- Ability to build and manage a talent pipeline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal TA teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires.
