Job Description
- Manage administrative tasks, project coordination, and reporting to ensure growth initiatives are effectively implemented and tracked.
- Conduct data analysis related to sales, customer acquisition, and performance metrics to generate insights.
- Assist in optimizing processes and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Coordinate meetings, track project timelines, and manage documentation.
- Handle communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on growth strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Pursuing an S1/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of study.
- A proactive, results-driven individual with a strong commitment to learning and growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience or interest in data analysis, working with large datasets, and generating insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Available to work from the office 5 days a week.
