Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Acquiring Locations – Identify and secure suitable locations for new retail outlets, focusing on large-size properties.

  • Negotiations & Deal Closures – Lead lease negotiations and agreements with property owners to ensure optimal terms.

  • Market Research & Analysis – Conduct feasibility studies and analyze market trends to select the best locations for expansion.

  • Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate agencies, and property developers.

  • Expansion Strategy Execution – Support business growth by identifying key areas for expansion and ensuring seamless site acquisitions.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in location sourcing, leasing, or real estate management, preferably in a retail expansion role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Extensive network and knowledge in the real estate market, especially for large-scale properties.Ability to conduct market analysis and provide insights for location decision-making.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
