We are looking for a highly driven and strategic leader to join our team as an Area Commercial Manager. This role will supervise all Clinic Sales Managers to drive sales growth and execute clinic-level initiatives, while ensuring premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Guide Clinic Sales Managers in handling VIP and priority clients.

  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.

  • Ensure treatments/products are well matched to client needs and preferences.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Oversee sales target achievement across clinics, with strong focus on premium packages and services.

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end client journey from inquiry to conversion.

  • Lead and monitor execution of sales initiatives at clinic level (hyperlocal campaigns, referrals, deposits, etc.).

3. Customer Experience & Retention

  • Guarantee luxury-standard service delivery in all clinics.

  • Support Clinic Sales Managers in handling escalated complaints with professionalism and empathy.

  • Ensure each clinic maintains a premium and welcoming atmosphere.

4. Administrative Duties

  • Monitor and maintain SPC working files.

  • Track and report sales performance and client feedback.

  • Ensure follow-ups and scheduling are timely and accurate.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).

  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in sales or client service, with strong preference for candidates from beauty clinic, wellness, or aesthetic industry.

  • Experienced in managing premium clients and supervising sales teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Professional grooming with confident, pleasant demeanor.

  • Familiarity with skincare, beauty, or aesthetic treatments is a strong advantage.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
