What You’ll Do

  • Design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions for new employees.

  • Conduct refresher and development programs for existing staff.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and create tailored programs.

  • Maintain training records and report progress to management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development Specialist.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Passionate about people development and continuous learning.
