The Area Manager will oversee multiple learning centers within a defined geographical area, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, consistent quality standards, and achieving business goals. This role will directly supervise Center Managers, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

Job Description:

  1. Supervise up to 5 centers, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficient resource allocation.
  2. Set KPIs with the Center Manager, manage budget, and report financial performance.
  3. Ensure high teaching standards, address customer feedback, and implement strategies to improve student retention.
  4. Align with L&D, Finance, and Marketing to support company initiatives and contribute to regional strategy.
  5. Assist with expansion efforts by staying informed on local market trends.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in multi-site management, preferably in the education or service industry.
  3. Proven track record in operations management, team leadership, and customer service.
  4. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming operational challenges.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  9. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards across all locations.
