Key Responsibilities
The Area Manager will oversee multiple learning centers within a defined geographical area, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, consistent quality standards, and the achievement of business goals. This role will directly supervise Center Leads, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Supervise up to 5 centers, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficient resource allocation.
- Set KPIs with Center Leads, monitor performance, and support staff development to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure high teaching standards, address customer feedback, and implement strategies to improve student retention.
- Manage center budgets, control costs, and report financial performance to regional leadership.
- Align with L&D, Finance, and Marketing to support company initiatives and contribute to regional strategy.
- Assist with expansion efforts by staying informed on local market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in multi-site management, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Proven track record in operations management, team leadership, and customer service.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming operational challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards across all locations.
