Job Description :
- Develop and implement training programs to improve coaching techniques, class management, and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular coaching assessments to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Analyze NPS scores and parent feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in coaching performance.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship for underperforming coaches to help them meet expectations.
- Standardize classroom management techniques to ensure a structured and engaging learning environment.
- Work closely with the Operations and Curriculum teams to align coaching practices with business goals.
- Ensure all coaches follow safety protocols and best practices for child engagement.
- Conduct monthly training workshops and refreshers to maintain high coaching quality.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new coaches, ensuring they receive proper training before handling classes independently.
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in sports coaching, training development, or quality assurance in a sports/education setting.
- Strong background in physical education, sports science, or coaching certification.
- Experience in training and mentoring coaches or educators.
- Strong data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze NPS scores and feedback to improve coaching quality.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills to guide and support a team of coaches.
- Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheets, LMS, and training documentation tools.
- Passion for child development and sports education.
