We are seeking an experienced Junior Talent Acquisition to attract top-tier talent to our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and any other methods.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year in similar role experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English (Fully capable in interviewing in English and discuss the hiring progress in English).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
