Key Responsibilities :
The sales and marketing supervisor will oversee the end-to-end sales performances (ratio 1:5 centers)
1. Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates
2. Sales Strategy Support
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns for the assigned area.
- Set sales targets for centers
- Working closely with the Center Lead for center performance
3. Training and Onboarding
- Support the onboarding and training of new Center Lead members as needed.
- Assist in developing training materials and resources to enhance team performance.
4. Customer Journey Mapping:
- Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps
- Identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement throughout the customer lifecycle.
5. Customer Feedback Management:
- Implement systems to collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, social media, and other channels.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, complaints, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Use feedback data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
6. CX Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, student advisor, education consultant) to develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy.
Requirements:
- Relevant degrees and training in the fields of Sales and marketing or retail
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing management/leadership role, preferably from the Education industry
- Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Sparks team and all related third parties
- Great presenter and strong persuasion skills
- A good team player and strong ability to lead and motivate the team to increase sales
- Data-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales and marketing
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia (active)
- Ability in planning and forecasting through strong analytic skills in sales figures and insights
