Role Summary:
Sparks Sports Academy is where kids learn sports in a fun, creative, and energetic way! We’re looking for a Social Media Admin who’s organized, responsive, and ready to keep Sparks’ online presence active and full of positive energy. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and our community, making sure every post, comment, and message reflects Sparks’ friendly and dynamic spirit.
Job Description:
Upload and schedule daily content across Sparks’ social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with a friendly and professional tone that reflects Sparks’ brand personality.
Coordinate with the content & marketing team to ensure timely posting and consistent messaging.
Monitor engagement and community activity, ensuring every Sparks parent feels heard and connected.
Track and update simple content performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, comments).
Help manage online campaigns, giveaways, and promo announcements.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure visuals and captions follow approved guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Excellent written communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and patient, especially when engaging with parents online.
Prior experience in social media management or customer service is an advantage.
