Job Responsibilities:
• Schedule and plan training sessions.
• Conduct mandatory and refresher training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs across all clinics.
• Socialize and standardize doctor/treatment assistance across branches.
• Prepare training activity reports.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent, preferably in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer/Nurse, preferably in an Aesthetic Clinic/Beauty Clinic.
• Strong communication skills.
• High analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work under pressure and have high mobility.
