What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operational activities at the Center
- Achieve sales targets and drive Center growth
- Manage the team, evaluate performance, provide coaching, and build a positive workplace culture
- Prepare accurate reports on Center performance, finances, class activities, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with members
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, experience in the Education or Services industry is a strong plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Sales and persuasion expertise
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software
- Willingness to support marketing events on weekends
