Summary
As a Performance Marketing Manager at SEVEN Retail Group, you will lead data-driven marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives across various channels, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid channels to drive user acquisition across multiple channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google (SEM, Discovery, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn and TikTok as well as SEO.
- Conduct regular analysis to identify room for improvement and make a data driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Provide regular reporting (weekly and monthly), including channel performance review, data insights, and action plan.
- Continuously conduct an A/B test experiment to optimize campaign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing) to deliver high performing campaign.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- >5 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
- Skilled in using marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to create strategy and draw insights from data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
