Job Description:

  1. Support the tracking and organization of customer feedback through Net Promoter Score (NPS) data.
  2. Compile and maintain internal trackers for NPS data from both trial and active users.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  4. Organize and process feedback to produce reports that are clear, trackable, and ready for presentation.
  5. Monitor and follow up on documentation compliance to maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate from any major (preferably in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, including formulas such as SUMIFS, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, and pivot tables.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining dashboards and trackers for operational data.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy in compiling and verifying data
  • Able to create clear and structured data presentations for internal stakeholders
