Job Descriptions:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to the business metrics and operations which consist of supervising the design and enhancement of dashboards and data visualizations for various departments, setting the data logic and ensuring dashboards align with business objectives, and regularly assessing dashboard effectiveness and implementing improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential improvements operations through data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Lead data-driven projects that improve operational processes, including creating timelines, tracking progress, and communicating results to stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze feedback (e.g., NPS) from learning centers and report findings to management.
- Conduct SOP & QA Framework and audit execution with Manager and related stakeholders
- Manage operational improvement projects to increase company competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, project management, ideally with operations and business metrics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc) and experience with data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advance knowledge in continuous improvement/process excellence with PDCA + 8 Step Problem Solving or Lean Six Sigma approach is a plus
