The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our international growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and driving the expansion of our business operations into new regions. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of successful international market entry and expansion.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive international expansion strategy aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives.
2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential international markets and assess opportunities for expansion.
3. Lead efforts to establish and grow the company’s presence in new international markets, including identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the launch of new operations.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure successful market entry and ongoing success in new regions.
5. Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws in each target market, working with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory environments.
6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of international expansion efforts and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
7. Build and lead a high-performing international expansion team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful execution of the expansion strategy.

Requirements
:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international business development or expansion, with a proven track record of successfully entering and growing new markets.
3. Strong understanding of Southeast Asia market dynamics and cultural differences.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
6. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
7. Willingness to travel internationally as needed (at least 50-75% of the time)
