Job Description:
- Identify, research, and establish relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers in the Education space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and values.
- Create compelling content concepts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and showcase our brand in an authentic and engaging manner.
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from negotiation and contract agreements to content approval and performance analysis.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative influencer strategies.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on social media platform algorithms, best practices, and content formats to maximize the reach and impact of influencer content.
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of proven experience in KOL management in relevant field
- Proven Experience in mum category is preferred
- Strong communication skills
