The HR Assistant Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Sozo Dental hires the right number of dentists, frontliners, and nurses to support the rapid scale-up of new clinics in 2025. The goal is to establish processes that ensure ongoing, efficient, large-scale recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring of dentists, frontliners, and nurses.
  • Set up efficient workflows to handle large volumes of candidates quickly.
  • Implement tools to help the team organize and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment progress and report to leadership regularly.
  • Coordinate with clinic managers to ensure hiring priorities are met on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large-scale hiring (frontliners, medical staff, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and pipeline management.
  • Ability to implement scalable recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing recruitment teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
