The HR Assistant Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Sozo Dental hires the right number of dentists, frontliners, and nurses to support the rapid scale-up of new clinics in 2025. The goal is to establish processes that ensure ongoing, efficient, large-scale recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring of dentists, frontliners, and nurses.
- Set up efficient workflows to handle large volumes of candidates quickly.
- Implement tools to help the team organize and streamline the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment progress and report to leadership regularly.
- Coordinate with clinic managers to ensure hiring priorities are met on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale hiring (frontliners, medical staff, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and pipeline management.
- Ability to implement scalable recruitment processes and tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills in managing recruitment teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
