Job Summary:
The Expansion Staff plays a vital role in supporting business growth by identifying, preparing, and setting up pre-sales locations and ensuring the center is ready for operations prior to the grand opening. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute timely and effective location rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify Pre-Sales / Trial Locations:

    • Research and evaluate potential spaces suitable for pre-sales or trial activities.

    • Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments based on target demographics and location potential.

  2. Pre-Sales Location Setup:

    • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely setup of equipment, signage, and promotional materials at selected trial locations.

    • Ensure that all marketing and operational needs are in place to support pre-sales activities.

  3. Center Setup Before Grand Opening:

    • Assist in center readiness activities including layout finalization, basic facility setup, and operational preparation.

    • Liaise with project and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and readiness for customer engagement.

  4. Center Readiness Checklist:

    • Perform thorough checks based on standard guidelines to verify the center’s readiness before official handover from the project team.

    • Identify and report any outstanding issues or missing components.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in expansion, location scouting, or business development (especially in retail, healthcare, or F&B sectors is a plus).

  • Strong negotiation skills to deal with property owners and vendors.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits frequently.
