Country Head Malaysia (Sozo Skin)
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead the development and execution of a strategic growth plan for SOZO Skin in Malaysia, aligned with the overall company vision.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of the Malaysian operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and clinic management.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and create a healthy P&L
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-oriented work environment.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Lead negotiations with partners/vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian regulations and licensing requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Malaysian aesthetics industry.
- Represent SOZO Skin in Malaysia for any engagements with the government, media, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the retail industry (beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry are preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and growing a brand in a new market.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Strong financial management skills and experience with budgeting.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
