Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead the development and execution of a strategic growth plan for SOZO Skin in Malaysia, aligned with the overall company vision.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Malaysian operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and clinic management.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and create a healthy P&L
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-oriented work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Lead negotiations with partners/vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Malaysian aesthetics industry.
  • Represent SOZO Skin in Malaysia for any engagements with the government, media, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the retail industry (beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry are preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and growing a brand in a new market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong financial management skills and experience with budgeting.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
