Summary
The Creative Supervisor will oversee the ideation, planning, and execution of creative content for paid and organic channels to strengthen the Sparks English brand’s presence. Working under the Performance Marketing team, the Creative Lead will ensure that all creative assets consistently reflect the brand's vision, mission, and values.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning and production of creative assets for Sparks English
- Oversee the entire cycle of content creation across paid and organic channels
- Ensure the quality of creative assets by closely monitoring the performance of each creative on our paid channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and brainstorm new ideas to keep creative work fresh and impactful
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and content creators, guiding them to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of work experience in creative production
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut), and other relevant tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and design proficiency
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a level of ambiguity
- Preferred: Proven experience leading a team of designers and creatives.
