Quality Control for Telesales
Job Description:
- Conduct supervision, evaluation, and improvement of the quality of Telesales interactions via chat and WhatsApp channels to ensure compliance with company standards, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets
- Identify training needs based on evaluation results and performance analysis
- Provide direct training sessions to improve agent skills in communicating via chat and WhatsApp
Qualifications:
